Ingredients

  1. 2 litres milk
  2. Juice of 1 lemon

Directions

  1. Boil the milk
  2. Add lemon juice to the boiling milk
  3. The milk will split, keep stirring with a spoon until the liquid becomes almost transparent
  4. Remove from the heat
  5. Over a colander place a piece of cheese cloth
  6. Pour the milk in this, the cheese cloth will capture all the paneer
  7. Take the cheese cloth out of the colander
  8. You then need to put some pressure on the paneer to squeeze out all the water
  9. After a couple of hours, the paneer should have set,remove the cheese cloth
