How can I be OK when everything isn’t?
Firstly, I must ensure that my being OK is not dependent on anything or anyone else being OK. Being able to stay grounded in my spiritual identity of ‘soul’ and the innate peace of this awareness is essential for this. And most importantly, it allows me to feel the presence of the one soul who is constantly, eternally and powerfully OK, the Supreme Soul - God.
