Ingredients
Oil
Salt
Tomato paste
Garam masala or fresh chilli
Ground coriander
Turmeric
Cumin
Fresh coriander leaves
Combination 1
100grams boiled potatoes diced into cubes
100grams red pepper diced into cubes
Combination 2
100grams carrots diced into cubes
100grams cooked green peas
Combination 3
100grams yardlong beans
100grams cabbage cut into cubes
Directions
This method is for each combination - Add 3 tbsp oil in a pan, heat the oil
Add turmeric, cumin and salt and sauté for a while
Stir in the vegetable of combination 1 - boiled potatoes and pepper Or combination 2 - carrots and green peas or Or combination 3 - yardlong beans and cabbage
Fry on low heat for 15 minutes
While cooking sprinkle with a little water so that the vegetables become soft
Once cooked add ground coriander, garam masala, fresh coriander leaves and 1 heap tbsp tomato paste, Mix in well and cook for a few minutes
