This refreshing and cool Thai salad is wonderful as a side dish or an entire meal. Bebe shows us how easy it is to make.

Ingredients
1Large diced red pepper
1Large diced tomato
1cupthickly striped cabbage
1finely diced green chilli (without the seeds)
1½cupchopped green beans
1cupfreshly chopped cilantro/ parsley
2small limes
Chilli Paste (to taste)
Soy Sauce (to taste)
1½cuptoasted peanuts
227gramsRice Noodles (cooked)
Ginger powder (to taste)
1teaspoonHoney
1teaspoonMustard
Pinch of Hing
Directions
In a bowl, add the green chilli, red pepper, tomato, cabbage, cilantro and rice noodles (tip: cut the noodles using a clean kitchen scissors into small strips for an easy mixture).
Mix the above ingredients gently and add some soy sauce and mix it again.
In a heated frying pan, add some oil, pinch of hing, green beans, honey, mustard and ginger powder. Mix the ingredients and let it cook for 2 mintues.
Add the cooked beans, toasted peanuts and 2 small lime juices to the salad. Mix the salad using a salad fork until all the ingredients are mixed well.
Lastly, add chilli paste (to taste) and soy sauce (to taste), stir the mixture and serve.
