Ingredients
100gramssemolina
100gramssugar
100gramsghee
400gramswater
Cashew nuts, coconut flakes, cardamom, raisins
Directions
In a saucepan add the sugar and water
Add the cardamom put on the heat
Keep on the fire until all the sugar has dissolved
In another saucepan add the ghee and heat
Add the semolina into the ghee and fry constantly for 5-6 minutes until golden brown
Carefully add the syrup to the semolina (wear oven gloves to do this)
Reduce the heat and keep stirring for about 10 minutes
It is ready when it stops sticking to the pan
Add cashew nuts, coconut flakes, cardamom, raisins and mix thoroughly
Take it off the heat and cover for 10 minutes
You can reheat the halva on low heat by adding a little milk
