Ingredients
1 lb or 29 oz can chickpeas (cooked)
1tablespoonground cumin seeds
1tablespoondried coriander powder
1tablespoonchilli powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1tablespoonolive oil
1tablespoonchopped fresh coriander leaves
1tablespoonchopped curly parsley
2tablespoonall-purpose flour
Directions
Place chickpeas, olive oil in a food processor. Pulsate or grind until thick paste. Add ground spices and the rest of the ingredients. Lastly bind it with the all-purpose flour
Rest mixture for 15 minutes
Divide the mixture in 12 golf size balls and flatten them into small patties
Shallow fry in a wide frying pan in small batches until golden brown
