Remember all that should be remembered and forget all that should be forgotten
Dear Friend,

Om shanti. Because you are my friend, and because what you say and do
influences many, I want you to understand that this is a very important
time. It is a time for finishing weakness and performing good and
generous actions. From today, remember all that should be remembered and
forget all that should be forgotten. Take a few seconds to make this
determined thought now.

Ask yourself, “What do I need to do from now?” Whether it is something
connected with your life or with someone else’s life, tell yourself, “I
have to finish it now.” A situation may have happened, but finish it by
telling God and promising not to let it happen again. Never think
something is not good, or it will stay in your mind. There is either God
in my mind, or the situation in my mind. So remember to put a full stop
in a second to all of your thoughts in every situation and move on
Remember all that should be remembered, and forget all that should be
forgotten. When your mind is empty of weak and wasteful thoughts and
filled with the experience of closeness to God, you will be able to send
vibrations to other souls.

Dear Dadi, Its a marvelous direction you gave me,
What effective methods should I do to create a healthy mind, not an empty mind of weak and wasteful thoughts as most of the time in our lives we are occupied by negatives thoughts more than positives.
