Removing other people's sorrow

Dear friends,

Om shanti. We should all consider it our duty to help in removing other people’s sorrow, even though we don’t always know the particular sorrow that another is experiencing. If we absorb the sorrow someone is feeling, and take it in, and beyond that, if we speak about it to others, we actually increase their sorrow.

When you are aware that someone is experiencing sorrow, have a vision of love and pure wishes for that one. The best service is to have the pure wish that no sorrow should come to them or to anyone. Consider it to be your duty to give happiness to others. When you do this, happiness will come to you.

With love,

BK Janki
